1. Introduction

At JITENDRA ASSOCIATES, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your order and receive a refund.

2. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we will begin processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at Jitu147890@gmail.com with your order details.

3. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to make any changes to a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel your order within the allowable time frame, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Late Cancellations

If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, we will try our best to accommodate the cancellation; however, it may not always be possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to return the item once received (as per our Refund Policy).
